 Invoice Module
The Invoice module is designed to help you streamline your invoicing system. The module provides several options for invoicing including exports to your current accounting system, complete invoicing functionality or a combination of both. Information such as customer, invoice number, batch number, date range, line items, pricing and notes can be easily maintained and compiled with this module.

The module contains full reporting capability including professional invoices ready to send to your customer. Search functionality includes customer, invoice number, date range and batch number.

The Invoice module can integrate with our customer module, projects module, electronic time cards module and time entry module to provide a streamlined approach to your billing system.

 Expense Module
The Expense Module provides a simplified interface to collect your expense reports from your workforce. The module helps eliminate paper reports and the associated errors and provides a centralized location for compiling expense information. Information such as name, date, expense type, expense amount, description, notes and reimbursable status are easily entered and maintained with this module. Expense types include mileage, airfare, lodging, phone expenses and more.

The module contains full reporting capability for reimbursable expenses. Search capability is also included to locate expenses by name and month.

The Expenses module can integrate with our human resources module and time entry module to provide an effective method of managing expenses.

 Mileage Module
The Mileage Module provides a central location for documenting mileage for regularly traveled routes. Mileage can be stored for an entire group or individuals can maintain their own mileage. Information such as origin, destination, mileage and notes is easily maintained and viewed through this module.

Search capability is provided to view all mileage for the logged in user, as well as the group to which the user belongs.

The Mileage module integrates with our expense module to expedite the expense entry process.

 Commission Module
The Commission module is designed to maintain the sales and commissions of each representative in your company. The module automatically calculates and displays the commission portion of each sale as well as the total commissions and sales for each representative. Information such as representative name, customer, sales dollars and commission rate are easily maintained and managed through this module

Search capability is provided to view commissions by sales representative, customer or date. Comprehensive reporting capability is also included.

The Commission module can integrate with our human resources module and customer module to simplify the sales and commission calculation process.
