|
The Contract module has been designed to provide an efficient method of
creating and managing your contracts. Information such as contract
number, contract date, date signed, date closed, notes, associated
customer, related hours,
materials and costs can be conveniently managed.
The payment functionality provides a simple method of tracking payments
made under the contract. Items such as payment description, date,
invoice number, notes and amount due are
conveniently displayed for easy access. Full reporting capability is also
included.
The Contract module can integrate with our
time tracking modules to provide
status information on how near the contract is to completion
and whether it is within budget.

Project Module
|
Our Project module is designed to clearly and efficiently maintain
all of your company's projects and associated project items. The
module provides functionality for setting up and managing projects
through completion. Information such as
customer, project name,
contract number, date
received, due date, project item details, notes, item type, hourly
rate, approval method and date completed are readily available.
The module also provides an easy to use search utility to locate items by
multiple search criteria including
customer, project and date completed
as well as a keyword search for hard to find project items. Full
reporting capability is also included.
The Project module can integrate with our
time entry,
palm time entry and
palm interface modules to enable
your local and mobile workforce to report time directly to the project item
that they are working on. The hours worked are conveniently
displayed in the Project module under the corresponding project item.

Order Module
|
The Order module provides functionality for your sales department
to key enter and for your managerial staff to monitor
customer orders. The
module also provides information for tracking order status through
your business processes. You can maintain information such as whom
the order was taken by, when the order was taken, the ordered
product, due dates and special requirements.
The module also provides easy to use search functionality for locating
historical and current orders. Search fields include order number,
customer and P.O. number. Full
reporting capability is also included.
The Order module can integrate with our
scheduling modules to directly connect
your sales and scheduling departments.
