Customer Module
|
The Customer module is designed to maintain and organize all of your
customer detail information. Information such as company name, address
information, phone numbers, SIC codes, web addresses and sales revenue
are easily entered and maintained. Detailed information can be entered
for an unlimited number of customer contacts including phone extensions,
email addresses and salutations. An unlimited number of representatives
from your company can be also assigned with one being designated as the
primary representative.
Customers can be easily located through search capability including
company name, account number, type of customer and contact name.
Full reporting capability including address labels is also provided.
The Customer module can integrate with any module where access to
customer information is needed. Suggested modules include
contracts,
projects,
orders,
products,
contact management,
production schedule,
invoices,
time entry,
palm time entry and
palm interface.

Contact Management Module
|
The Contact Management module is designed to easily and quickly
maintain all applicable information relevant to contacts
with your customers. Information such as
contact name, contact date,
type of contact, follow up date, priority and the name of the individual
that handled the contact are stored for easy retrievability. Files
of any type can be attached to each contact item and retrieved at a later
date.
The module offers full reporting capability. Search functionality
provides for easy retrieval of contact information by
customer, contact name, contact date and
contact type.
The Contact Management module integrates with the
customer module to allow for
unlimited contact items to be maintained for each of your customers.

Contact Comments Module
|
The function of the Contact Comments module is to efficiently maintain
comments related to customer contact items. The module maintains the
notes in a word processor like interface, providing for unlimited
detail.
The Contact Comment module integrates with the
contact management module to allow for
unlimited comments to be assigned to contact management items.

Patient Module
|
The Patient module is designed to assist doctors of all practices
maintain their patient information. Information such as patient name,
patient number, bar code label information and on-line chart
locations can be entered and accessed easily.
The Patient module provides functionality to look up patients by
name or number. Full reporting functionality is included for printing
patient lists along with
labeling capability for 2 sided patient chart labels and barcode
labels for automatic retrieval of on-line patient charts.
The Patient module can integrate with the
calendar module, the
doctors module, the
facility schedule module
or additional modules.
