Maintenance Module
|
The Maintenance module provides a simplified interface for managing your maintenance
and preventive maintenance activities. The module contains notification functionality that alerts
you of the equipment that is due for preventive maintenance on a daily basis. Information such
as equipment name, person responsible, maintenance date, maintenance interval and
special instructions are easily entered and maintained in this module.
The module provides full reporting capability to print reports detailing the maintenance
on each piece of equipment. Search functionality is also provided to locate maintenance
schedules by equipment name, person responsible, due date and interval.
The Maintenance module can integrate with our
machines/lines module,
human resources module,
time tracking modules,
production schedule module and
tool crib inventory module to provide
a complete solution for all of your maintenance activities.

Machine Capability Module
|
The Machine Capability module is designed to help calculate availability and hours in use
for every machine in your operation. The calculations utilize start date, end date
and machine number and are compiled taking weekends and company holidays into consideration.
The module provides full reporting capability to print capability calculations
on each piece of equipment.
The Machine Capability module can integrate with our
machines/lines module and our
production schedule module to provide
an accurate look at your machine capability.

Machines/Lines Module
|
The Machines/Lines module is designed to provide a simplified interface for entering
and maintaining information about the machines and lines in your organization. Information
such as machine/line number, and machine vs. line designation are maintained in the module.
Search functionality is provided to easily locate a machine or line by number.
The Machines/Lines module can integrate with our
production schedule module,
maintenance module and our
time tracking modules, to directly link
machines and lines to associated information.

Calibration Modules
|
The Calibration modules are a group of ISO 9000 approved, integrated modules
that provide a simple interface to manage all of your gauges, calibration
schedules and histories. The Calibration module maintains information such as
gauge name, calibration standard, tolerances and frequencies. The
Gauges Due module displays calibration due dates for past due and
upcoming calibrations. The Gauge History module displays the inspection
history information such as date inspected, results and inspector for every
gauge in your inventory.
The modules provide full reporting capability to print calibration information
by multiple criteria. Search functionality is also provided to locate
calibration information by gauge number, calibration date and status.
The Calibration modules can integrate with any of our modules to provide a
centralized location for maintaining all of your important information.

Mold Module
|
The Mold Module provides a detailed interface for maintaining information about
your product molds. Information such as mold number, description, product name,
supplier, prototype status and customer are easily maintained in the module.
Search functionality is provided to locate molds by number, product name, customer
and other important criteria. The module also provides full reporting functionality
to print molds by multiple criteria.
The Mold module integrates with our
production schedule module,
mold inventory module and our
machines/lines module to directly link your
molds into your production processes.

Tool Crib Parts Module
|
The Tool Crib Parts module is designed to maintain a complete list of the
parts and tools that are maintained in your tool crib. Information such as
part/tool number, description, bar code number, shelf or bin location and
reorder quantity are easily maintained and accessed within the module.
Search functionality is provided to locate parts by number, description,
bar code number and location. The module also provides full reporting
functionality to print a complete list of parts stored in your crib.
The Tool Crib Parts module integrates with our
tool crib inventory module to provide
an easy to use solution for maintaining your tool crib.
