 Human Resources Module
The Human Resources module is designed to assist you in managing your company's human resources. The module contains a master list of your entire workforce, with all of their detailed information only a click away. Information such as name, address, phone number, hire date, department, title, years of service, marital status, exemption eligibility, badge number and many other critical pieces of information are easily maintained through this module.

The module provides full reporting capability to print HR information by multiple criteria. Comprehensive search functionality is also provided to locate individuals by HR number, name, department and terminated status.

The Human Resources module integrates with the majority of the modules on this page and many other modules where HR information is needed. Examples include our time tracking modules, project module, customer module, class schedule module and our reporting & labeling modules to name just a few.

 Human Resource Details Module
The Human Resources Details module is an extension to our human resources module. The module allows you to track company specific information such as overtime details, medical details and emergency contact information and also comes standard with a full tab of user-defined fields.

The module provides full reporting capability to print HR detail information. The module is accessed through the HR number of the person that you are working with.

The Human Resources Details module integrates with the human resources module.

 Doctors Module
The Doctor module is designed to assist you in managing the doctors that work within your organization. Information such as name, title and location is easily entered and retrieved.

The module provides full reporting capability. Search functionality is provided to easily locate doctors by name.

The Doctor module can integrate with the patients module, the calendar module, the facility schedule module or additional modules.

The Attendance module is designed to assist your HR department with the time consuming and paper intensive task of tracking attendance. The module maintains attendance problems and absences for each person and allows you to denote them as excused or unexcused. Information such as HR number, name, date, reason, status and description is easily entered and maintained through this module.

The module provides full reporting functionality for printing attendance incidences. Search functionality is also provided to easily locate attendance incidences by name, description and date range.

The Discipline module is designed to assist your HR department with the responsibilities of disciplinary action. The module maintains discipline steps for each employee. Information such as HR number, name, date, description, disciplinary step and grievance number is easily maintained through this module.

The module provides full reporting functionality for printing disciplinary information. Search functionality is also provided to easily locate attendance incidences by name, description and date range.

The Discipline module can integrate with the human resources module or the attendance module to provide a simplified method of maintaining disciplinary information.

The Vacations module is designed to save you from the time consuming task of managing vacation days. The module is designed to maintain single dates or date ranges for requested vacations. Information such as HR number, name, date or date range and notes can be easily entered and maintained through this module.

The module provides full reporting capability. Search functionality is provided to easily locate vacations by HR number, name and date range. Export capability is also provided to export vacation information to Microsoft® Outlook® or the information can be maintained through our calendar module.

The Vacations module can integrate with the human resources module or the calendar module to greatly simplify the time consuming task of maintaining vacation schedules at your organization.

The Training module is designed to provide an easy to use interface for tracking training within your organization. Information such as HR number, name, training date, class name and hours is easily maintained and retrieved through this module.

Search functionality is provided to easily locate training by HR number, name, training date and class. The module also provides full reporting functionality to print training histories.

The Training module can integrate with the human resources module, class schedule module, curriculum module, or the calendar module to assist with planning and maintaining training efforts at your organization.

The OSHA/Injury module provides a simplified method of tracking on-the-job injuries that may or may not be reportable to OSHA. Information such HR number, name, injury date, part of body injured, recordable/non-recordable status and days lost is easily recorded and maintained with this module. The module can also assist you with preparing required OSHA reports.

The module provides full reporting functionality for printing injuries. Search functionality is provided to easily locate injuries by HR number, name, part of body and recordable/non-recordable status.

The OSHA/Injury module can integrate with the human resources module, as well as a variety of other modules.
