Inventory Module
|
The Inventory module is designed to track all of your
inventory items or
products in real-time.
The module tracks information such as product or item number, storage location,
quantity on-hand, scan times, scanner number and bar code number.
The module also allows you to view the tracking history of every bar
code and track items in 4 separate inventories.
The module provides complete reporting capability to print inventory
listings. Comprehensive search capability allows you to easily locate
items by bar code number, scan date and item number.
The Inventory module can integrate with the
inventory items module, the
products module, the
orders module and
many additional modules.

Inventory Items Module
|
The Inventory Items module is similar to the
products module. It allows
you to build and manage items that are maintained in inventory.
This module is typically used for receivables or other items where a
detailed description must be maintained. The module will help you
track item details such as item number and description.
The module provides comprehensive search functionality to help you
find your items quickly. Full reporting capability is also
included.
The Inventory Items module can integrate with our
inventory module, or a variety of other
modules.

Mobile Inventory Modules
|
The Mobile Inventory modules are a group of software applications that run
on a variety of handheld wireless bar coding devices. The applications
provide functionality for moving items in and out of specific inventories
such as shipping, receiving, miscellaneous items, assembly and molds. In
addition to inbound and outbound movements, the applications are capable
of moving items within the inventory and performing cycle counts.
The applications utilize the bar code numbers on labels printed and
attached to the packages in the inventory.
The Mobile Inventory modules integrate with our
inventory module,
inventory items module and
products module in addition to
several other modules.

Tool Crib Inventory Module
|
The Tool Crib Inventory module is similar to the
inventory items module and
products module
except that it is specially designed to maintain a real-time count of
your spare parts and tools. The module is designed to track tool and part
numbers, descriptions, locations and scan dates along with other pertinent
information.
Full reporting capability is provided. Comprehensive search capability is
included to easily locate items by part number, description and scan date.
The Tool Crib module integrates with our
tool crib parts module to provide
a complete solution for managing your tools and spare parts.

Mold Inventory Module
|
The Mold Inventory module is designed to maintain scanning and location
information for your product molds. The
module maintains the mold number, current location, scan date and time, and
a complete history of where the mold has been stored and used in production.
Comprehensive search capability is
included to easily locate molds by mold number, description and scan date.
Complete reporting capability is also provided.
The Mold Inventory module integrates with our
molds module and our
mobile inventory module to provide
a complete solution for managing your product molds.

Work In Process Module
|
The Work In Process module is designed to keep your inventory counts
accurate by taking into consideration the work in process (WIP) at the
end of a shift or the end of a day. The module maintains the product
number, machine number and quantity of all WIP items.
Search capability is included to easily locate WIP by part number or
machine number. Complete reporting capability is also provided.
The Work In Process module integrates with our
inventory module to provide
a complete count of your
inventory items or
products.
