detailed schedules. Authorized individuals have permission to
maintain the schedule, while all other users have permission
to view the schedule.

Production Schedule Module
|
The Production Schedule module provides a time-line view of your current
production plans. The module is designed to view items scheduled for
production, items in production or a history of past production. Information
such as customer, product number, date scheduled, machine number and quantity
information can be entered and maintained.
The module provides full reporting capability to print the production
schedule by multiple criteria. Search functionality is also provided
to locate items by job number, product number, date scheduled and completed
jobs.
The Production Schedule module can integrate with our
orders module to allow for
status tracking of orders through the production process, our
material schedule module to provide
your purchasing department with real-time material requirements, or many
other modules.

Material Schedule Module
|
The Material Schedule module is designed to provide a real-time view
of your current material requirements. The module is designed to view
current and historical requirements. Information such as date required,
material quantities and date ordered are displayed for easy viewing.
The module includes full reporting capability to print material
requirement lists. Search functionality is also available to search
for material needed across jobs, by product number, or by material code.
The Material Schedule module can integrate with our
suppliers module to tie
suppliers directly to the schedule, our
production schedule module to provide
a direct link between your purchasing department and scheduling
departments, or many additional modules.

Class Schedule Module
|
The Class Schedule module is designed to provide an efficient
method of scheduling classes for all types of businesses. Information
such as date scheduled, locations, class number, class size, credit
hours and instructor are easily maintained within the module.
The module includes full reporting capability to print class
schedules. Search functionality is also available to search
for classes by number, date scheduled and instructor.

Facility Schedule Module

The Facility Schedule module is designed to provide an easy to use method
of reserving building facilities for any type of organization.
Information including room, the individual placing the reservation,
the reason for the reservation and the date and time of the reservation
is easily maintained with this module.
The module includes full reporting capability to print facility
schedules. Search functionality is also available to search
by room, date, reserved by, availability and reason.
The Facility Schedule module can integrate with our
class schedule module,

calendar module, or additional modules
to provide a complete scheduling interface.

Work Orders Module
|
The Work Orders module is designed to provide an easy to use interface
for managing all of your work orders. The module provides the ability
to request, view and update work order details. Information such as
work order number, requested by, requested date, date due, date
completed and work details are easily entered and maintained by this
module.
The module includes full reporting capability to print work orders.
Search functionality is also available to search by work order number,
requested by and date requested.
The Work Orders module can integrate with the majority of our modules
including our equipment modules,

Calendar Module
|
The Calendar module is very useful for providing a visual interface to
any of our Scheduling modules, or in stand-alone mode to track any type
of date specific information. The module also includes a yearly
calendar, allowing you to look at the year as a whole, or each month
individually.
The module includes print capability and an easy to use graphical
calendar interface.
The Calendar module can integrate with the majority of the modules on this page
as well as a variety of other modules.

|
The Curriculum module is designed to maintain an unlimited number of classes
and their associated information. Details such as class name, credit hours,
instructor, location, class length and description can be maintained with this
module.
The module includes print capability to print curriculum items. Easy
to use search capability is also included to help you locate the classes
you are looking for.
The Curriculum module can integrate with the
class schedule module,
as well as many additional modules.
