Time Entry Module
|
The Time Entry module provides users with a friendly, paper saving method
of reporting hours and provides managers with a very efficient tool to
collect and compile hours. The module is designed as a single collection
point for hours associated with your entire workforce. Information such
as name, date, customer, project, project item, work breakdown structure and
detailed description are easily entered and maintained within the module.
The module provides full reporting capability to print reported hours
by multiple criteria. Comprehensive search functionality is also provided
to locate reported time by name, customer, project and date as well as a
keyword search for hard to find project items.
The Time Entry module can integrate with our
human resources module,
customers module,
projects module,
contracts module and
invoices module to provide
a greatly simplified method of collecting and compiling hours. Our
Palm® time
entry and Palm®
interface modules extend this same functionality and ease of use to
your mobile workforce.

Palm® Time Entry Module
|
The Palm® Time Entry module
provides your mobile workforce with a greatly simplified method of
tracking their hours while in the field. Developed for the
Palm® operating system, the module
easily intstalls onto the Palm®
device to collect the same information as our
time entry module.
Search functionality is provided on the
Palm® to locate hours by date.
The module integrates into your custom application via the
Palm®
interface module.
The Palm® Time Entry module can

time entry module and our
Palm®
interface module to provide a simplified time tracking solution for
your mobile workforce.

Palm® Interface Module
|
The Palm® Interface module
provides an electronic link between your
Palm® and your customized application.
The module provides the ability to download customers and projects to your
Palm® and upload time entry information
from the Palm®. The upload section
of this module is similar to the time entry module,
providing a location for editing and finalizing time entry information before
it is merged with the records in the time entry module.

provide a comprehensive time tracking solution for your mobile workforce.

Electronic Time Cards Module
|
The Electronic Time Cards module makes it easy to keep track of your electronic
time cards. Information such as name, badge number, HR number, punch date, punch
time and in/out status are easily maintained and managed by the system. Export
functionality is also included to easily export time card information to most
payroll systems.
The module contains full reporting capability including reports to summarize time
clock punches and print bar coded employee badges. Search functionality is provided
to locate punches by name, badge number, HR number and date.
The Electronic Time Cards module integrates with our
human resources module and our
time clock module to provide a simplified
interface for collecting and managing time clock data for your entire workforce.

Time Clock Module
|
The Time Clock module is an independent application designed to run on a
wireless stationary or mobile
data collection
device. The module works in
conjunction with bar coded badges and allows workers to simply swipe their
badge to clock in or clock out and produce an electronic time card. The
system performs validation of the swipe data and notifies the user when the
swipe has been accepted.
The Time Clock module integrates with our
electronic time cards module to greatly
simplify collection and management of time clock punches.
