Dictation
|
Notes that are postponed from the Patient Records
module are displayed in the list in the Dictation module. Postponed notes are
viewed by date and doctor's name.
The Dictation module acts as a to-do list of notes that your schedule did not permit you to
capture or record
at the time that you were working with your patient.
When your schedule permits, you simply select a postponed note from the list and either
capture your notes to text or
record your notes to an audio file. Once the note is completed,
it is removed from the list by selecting the Dictated button.
The Dictation module also includes reporting functionality that allows you to print or
preview a report of postponed notes.
