Patient Records
|
The Patient Records module acts as the main interface for retrieving
patient information and viewing or editing patient notes through Microsoft®
Word®. The module utilizes bar code labels printed from the
Patients module to automatically display
the patient note file.
The buttons at the left of the module provide functionality for viewing
and navigating through the text in the patient note file. Functionality
includes the ability to open the file, move to the beginning or end of the
file, arrow up or down through the file, save the file, or close the file.
The buttons at the right of the module provide functionality to
record notes directly to an audio file,
capture notes directly to the patient note file or
postpone the note until a later date.
Our advanced microphone
trackball device provides clear, static free recording and voice to text translation as
well as standard mouse capabilities.
