Customers
|
The Customer module provides functionality to enter and maintain
information for all of your customers. The module manages customer
details, customer contacts and the sales representatives you have
assigned to your customers. Full reporting capability is included
to allow you to print your entire customer list or information on
an individual customer. The module also provides search capability
to easily locate customers.
The Customer Information tab provides an easy to use interface for entering
and maintaining information such as customer name, customer type, address
information, phone numbers, web address, preferred status, prospective status,
SIC code, NAICS code and whether or not the customer is on your Christmas
list.
The Contacts tab allows you to enter and maintain contact information for
individuals at your customers. Information such as name, title, phone number,
and email address are easily viewed through this module. The Contacts tab
also allows you to designate one contact as the primary contact person for the
customer.
The Sales Reps tab provides functionality to allow you to assign
human resources as
sales representatives to your customers.
The Customers created in this module are easily retrieved in other modules
such as Orders, Contact Management,
Products,
Molds and Customer Bar Code Labels.
