The Human Resources module is designed to assist you in managing your company's
human resources. The module maintains a complete list of your entire workforce
along with all of the detailed information related to every individual in your
organization.
The HR Detail tab tracks information such as name, address, phone number, hire date,
department, title, years of service, shift, exemption eligibility, badge
number and many other critical pieces of information.
In addition to managing HR information, the module also provides functionality to
plan and track training activities, maintain attendance information, keep track
of discipline, record OSHA reportable injuries and maintain vacation schedules
for your entire workforce.
The module provides comprehensive reporting capability to print HR information by
multiple criteria. Search functionality is also provided to easily locate the
individual you are looking for.
