Inventory
|
The Inventory module provides a real-time view of your current inventories. The
module is capable of tracking items in up to 5 inventories. Functionality is
incorporated to view inventory details, display scan history for specific bar
codes, print packing slips and reconcile the inventory. Comprehensive
reporting is provided to print each inventory by a wide variety of criteria.
Comprehensive search functionality is also included to easily locate items in
each inventory and the quantity on hand.
Information is entered into the inventory through mobile applications running on
the wireless device pictured here. Mobile applications are provided for receiving,
shipping and assembly.
The mobile applications provide functionality for inbound
inventory, outbound inventory, inventory moves and cycle counts.
The Detail tab displays the information captured by the wireless scanners.
Information includes bar code number, scan date and time, scanner used,
product number, quantity, machine number, location,
lot number, P.O. number, packing slip number and
customer reference number.
The Scan History tab displays a complete history for the selected bar code. This
tab displays inbound moves, moves within the inventory and outbound moves to help
you better track your inventory.
The Packing Slip tab provides functionality to view the inventory that has been assigned
to a particular packing slip number as well as print packing slips.
The Reconciliation tab contains functionality to print inventory reconciliation
reports, deleted unused bar code labels and print cycle count reports.
