Material Schedule
|
The Material Schedule module provides a real-time view of your current material
requirements. The module is tied directly to the
production schedule. When a job is entered
into the schedule, the material requirements
are automatically calculated and
viewed in this module. Full reporting functionality is provided to print material
requirements by a wide assortment of parameters. Comprehensive searching is
included to easily view material requirements by multiple criteria.
The Production Detail tab allows you to view the job level detail for any job that
you select. Product number, production quantities,
machine number, start date and time, end date and time and notes are displayed for
easy reference.
The Requirements tab displays all of the material details of the job that you have selected.
Information such as material code, quantity needed,
quantity on hand and date requested are displayed for easy access.
