Orders
|
The Orders module allows you to enter, maintain and view all orders placed by your
customers.
The module is designed to provide easy to use functionality for managing orders
from the time they are placed until the time they are shipped. Complete
reporting functionality is provided to allow you to print all orders,
individual orders or an open order list. The module also includes comprehensive
search functionality to allow you to quickly find the orders you are looking for.
The Order Detail tab displays information such as order number,
customer, P.O. number, date entered, date received,
who entered the order, the products ordered and
product quantities. Orders are easily added to the
production schedule with the click of a button.
Once the products specified in the order have been entered
into the schedule and are moved into inventory, the Order
Status tab displays the status of the order. Information such as product number, date
scheduled, job number, quantity completed and quantity in process are conveniently
displayed.
