Products
|
The Products module is designed to help you build and manage
your entire product line. The module maintains a complete detail of
your individual products including the raw materials, receivables and
sub components used by each of your products. The module includes comprehensive
search capability to make it easy for you to locate your products.
The module also provides reporting capability to allow you to print your
complete product line, details about a specific product or a bill of
materials for your products.
The Product Detail tab provides the ability to manage details about all
of your products. Information such as product number, description,
product type, customer, raw material specifications,
obsolete status and packing quantities are easily entered and maintained.
The Sub Components tab allows you to assign sub components to your products
to help you construct your bill of materials. Similarly, the Other Items
tab allows you to assign receivables to your products to further compile
your materials bill.
The Products created in this module are easily utilized in other modules
such as Orders,
Production Schedule,
Molds,
Bar Code Label Printing,
Customer Bar Code Labels and
Inventory.
