Production Schedule
|
The Production Schedule module provides a time-line view of your current production
and assembly jobs. The module is designed to view jobs scheduled for the future,
current jobs or a history of past jobs. Comprehensive reporting is
included to print your production and assembly schedules using a wide variety
of parameters. Complete search functionality is also included to easily locate any
of the jobs in your schedule.
The details of the job that you are setting up are entered into the
Production tab. The tab includes fields for items such as
product number, production
quantities, machine number, scrap rate, setup time, start date and time, end date
and time, ship date and notes. Production hours and production days are automatically
calculated and displayed on this tab.
The Assembly tab is similar to the Production tab in that it collects the same
information for jobs scheduled for your assembly lines or secondary operations.
Product number, line number, assembly quantities, start date and time, end date
and time, ship date and notes are easily entered and viewed through this tab.
