Time Cards
|
The Time Cards module provides functionality to view electronic time cards
for your human resources. The module provides
real-time access to clock punches and time keeping data.
Comprehensive reporting
functionality is included to print time cards and time card summary information.
Search capability is also included to easily locate time cards for specific
individuals.
The electronic time cards are generated through a mobile application running on
a wireless time clock. The
time clock allows your workforce to simply swipe
their employee badges to clock in or out.
The Badge Creation tab provides functionality to print bar coded employee
badges or small bar code labels to place on the back of employee badges. Multiple
types of badges are included to interact with the security features of the
wireless time clocks.
The Shift Times tab provides functionality to set up start and end times for
every department in your organization. This tab provides the information
necessary for the Human Resources module to
automatically monitor and track attendance and vacations.
