Discipline
|
The Discipline module provides an easy to use method of tracking discipline
that is necessary as a result of attendance
or other problems. The module provides a central location for documenting
the steps that you take to correct the problems that you encounter with your
human resources.
The module tracks detailed information such as name, date, discipline step,
reason, discipline code, grievance number and locked status.
Discipline steps and codes are configured by system administrators
and are easily changed as your tracking needs change.
Last discipline step information is conveniently displayed in the
Attendance module, to simplify tracking of attendance
problems.
Search functionality is provided to help you locate discipline history by
person, date or discipline step, allowing you easy access to individual
or group histories.
The Reporting module provides easy to use
functionality that allows you to print discipline information by various
criteria.
