Time Cards
|
The Time Cards module provides functionality to view electronic time cards
for all of your human resources. The module
provides real-time access to clock punches and time keeping data. Comprehensive
reporting functionality is included to print time cards and time card summary
information. Search capability is also included to easily locate time cards
for specific individuals.
The electronic time cards are generated through the
Time Clock application running on a wireless data
collection device. The time clock allows for your workforce to simply swipe
their employee badges to clock in or out.
Export capability is provided to allow you to compile and export your time
keeping information to your payroll service or accounting system. The export
can be customized to
the exact specifications necessary for either of these scenarios.
The Badge Creation tab provides functionality to print
bar coded employee badges or small bar code labels to place on the back of
employee badges. Multiple types of badges are included to interact with the
security features of the wireless time clocks.
The Shift Times tab provides functionality to set up start and end times for
every department in your organization. This tab provides the information
necessary for the Attendance and
Vacation modules to automatically monitor and
track attendance and
vacation activity.
